Paper/Pronged Fan sellers

Do people even sell these anymore? They are pretty recent, and it seems like no one sells them at all. I was lucky to get a pronged 1 for my necro

Since pronged fans come out of the factions elite missions, try going to Cavalon or HzH. Might find a seller there.
