After 80k, you can't turn in normal books, correct?

If so, can you get to 79,999 and turn one in and get 99,999 or would it only bring you to 80k?

My thoughts exactly. Logically, you should be able to surpass that 80k as long as you're below 80k.

Yes, as long as your at least 1 point below 80k, you can turn in and get the full reward for turning in the book.
