What's your body scale?
Saraphim
Ele, 'sin & monk - minimum height as I like the idea of petitie yet powerful women for these classes.
Ranger & Warrior - both max height as I think of them as long distance hunters.
Necro is max height too, but just for added scariness.
Para and Dervish - average, I didn't really put much thought into either of them, and have found that I hardly play them.
All female ^

I think that every single one of my characters is just a bit above the middle option.
Playing some freakishly tall or freakishly short character just seems weird. Even seeing them run around when I'm not playing them is strange.

All female, all lowest height.

I made all my characters, male or female the max height because everyone else is a midget. Except for my elementalist, but her name is Little Ally so... she's a midget.

I think all my chars are either max height or close too it. Though it is weird when I see another char, usually a female monk, that is barely up to my female warrior's breasts.
I have a strange urge to slap those chars for being perverts.
I dunno, maybe there is too wide a range of height options in GW.

My warrior is tallest (maybe he's overcompensating for something? ) and my assassin is the smallest (you aren't surprising anyone when you're 7 feet tall).
Konrow
Everyone is average other than my sin and warrior. My sin I made slightly smaller, but i don't like that. My warrior i made huge for some stupid reason. He's now a huge tank.
Theo Godscythe
All the male characters I make are tall(max) while all the female characters I make are short(min). Probably something to do with me thinking girls should be protected, no ofense to all "strong independent women" stereotypes out there...no seriously am not being sarcastic, it's just my way of thinking...
Lady Raenef
I had no idea, so my scaling I wanted to leave at default when I made my warrior, but after I moved it, I couldn't figure out where it was. I tested it, it's at 2 or 3. I forgot which.
Jongo River
Initially I went for tallest, but then I started noticing how silly some classes look at max height (ele's in particular), so I started experimenting more and trying to get my toons around the same height.
It's a royal pain the way it's set up, with different scales for class/gender. If there's one little thing I really hope they change in GW2, it's that. Same scale for all, please!

all of my characters are the shortest they can be
Monkey Slayer
I like to make my rangers as small as possible because it makes their pets seem taller, and in the case of the moa, it's huge compared to him.

I wish the range in heights between professions wasn't so extreme. My male monk is a giant compared to other monks, but to a lot of the other professions he's just average or short.
moko
my female pvp monk is a GIANT compared to tiny monks. =D highest scale, methinks.
pve monk (fem) is the lowest, ranger (fem) is the lowest, sin (male) is really short too. my ele(fem) was max.

My body scale for my character(s) used to be the default height, but after Nightfall came out they got rid of that, and whenever you made a character it was a random height, and it affected all the campaign create a character. So ONLY my Nightfall characters and others since then i had to make the height.
I wish they put the default height feature back...

Nyktos
Most of my characters are max height or close. The reason is that one of my first chars was a female Warrior that was about average height, and everyone was towering over her.
Zonzai
The only three characters that I play regularly were all made well before they implemented the option to change your size. When I make pvp only toons I usually go as small as possible though (excluding RA's). I don't know why, it doesn't really help much. But it does make me feel more ninja.
czincz
My warrior is tiny female. The idea of playing a big old rugged dude who has to smack cute petite healer girls with a giant hammer is totally creepy.
Valeria
Most of my chars are close to the biggest (hey im 1,93cm) except for my female ranger monk and ritualist the are at the smaller end of the range.
anyway a huge female monk will still be small compared to a tiny warrior.

Shadowmere
All my characters are right around the middle of their height range. The tallest is my warrior and she's only about 85% max size.
Queenie
Monk and ranger are set to minimum height
Paragon and Ele are a bit below average
Warrior and mesmer are a bit above average

All my pve chars are max (to compensate the lack of scale in my pants ) , except for my monk, who is minimum height ( to compensate my awesome healbot skillz ).

But anyways on-topic. The first few characters I made where max height because my thinking at the time was bigger=better. They're all gone now though, all my characters are around medium height except for my para whos a bit below average.

Ranger: Somewhere between average and tallest.
Warrior: Average?
Mesmer: Almost tallest
Ritualist: Almost tallest
Assassin: Shorty McShort Short (shortest + female, compared to some other chars she looks like a child, oh well, that's how assassins are meant to be!)
Dervish: Average
In real life I'm short...'nuff said.

Depends on the class and how much I don't want to be targeted. (I assume that at least some of you that PvP use the mouse to target at least some of the time. Sometimes clicking the target really is more convenient that mashing TAB.)
Casters are squishy, so my Monk, Ele and Necro are as short as possible.
I'd prefer that my high-armor characters be the recipient of misclick damage, so my Warrior, Ranger and Paragon are max scale.
I think my sin is max short, but I'd have to roll another one to compare. 70 armor always manages to feel very squishy on a sin due to positioning.

Sounds fun to me. I usually make my Chars as small as possible.
Zahr Dalsk
My characters are ALWAYS minimum height, regardless of class or gender.
Makes my new female Monk look very very small XD

Most of my characters are in the middle somewhere, not to tall or to short...well except my necro, I think he's either tallest scale or close to tallest.

Various:
Warrior I put at max height.
Ranger I put at just below the max height.
Monk I made short..don't know why...it just seemed to fit.
Ele and Dervish I made mid height.

All my PvE toons are males at their tallest. My PvP slot is usually the shortest female. No real reason behind it either.
Perkunas
Frontline characters, melee males, largest size, supposed to be 'walls'.
The 'dumb' warrior, taking a beating while the 'mentals' and artillary, destroy the enemy.
Backline characters, female, smallest, to remain 'invisible' behind the wall.
The eleMENTALists, rangers, mesmers, necros, and Monks laying down the distractions, hexes, interuptions, damage, and protections.
