Why not use the same machanism from GWEN in Factions?
1) We get a handbook the instant you start your training, and its explained how to use it.
2) It then fills a page for every mission and/or primary quest you complete.
3)You can then give it to either a Luxon and Kuzack NPC the during the Devine path or Unwaking waters or a capital city.
4) You then (depending on the NPC) choose to exchange it for faction points (luxon or kuzack), rare material (amber or shard) or gold and experience points.
At a certain luxon or kuzack rank it will stop giving rewards for NM and you will have to start using a HM handbook.
We already have shrines giving bounties, which was taken from NF and GWEN, so why not the handbooks too?
This will also incourage people playing NM to try HM which has always been an issue ingame. It will make earning factons points alot more realistic and fun. It will make it more realistic to increase the effectiveness of pve only skills.
I know alot will complain it incourages more grind, but be realistic...
...at the minute you can only earn very few faction points from doing the odd repeatable quest or playing FA. Something which kind of alienates those who dont like playing pvp/gvg style combat or dont want to repeat the exact same quest over and over again.
Aslong as the NM and HM book gave realistic faction levels, then it should work. It would have to be higher reward then in GWEN because the max levels are alot higher.
This would also help intergrate the idea of handbook, so people dont feel confused when they reach GWEN.
Note:
You could maybe use them in prophercies somehow and/or NightFall for LB and SS points. But im not sure how in prophercies.
Maybe you could also tie this into the Luxon/Kuzack war and only allow you to exchange the book if your side owns unwaking waters in the same fashion as the skills.
