Dragon Armor, where can you make it?

Also I was told there was a cheaper version to making it.... I know that you need alot of ecto for the expensive one, but is there a cheaper version?

Hi iv got the full dragon armour set, i do have the helm but i look like bat man, so i have ascalon 15k helm all dyed black, if u wanna have a look PM me ingame name: The Trueking, helms from Grotto's which is south-south west of thunder head. heres a pic

Dragon armor is the 15k version of the regular Wyvern armor. Wyvern you can find at Droknar's (maybe some other places too, I haven't checked in forever.)
