Looking for an active, mature and "high-end" guild

Hi,
I am looking for an active and experienced PVE guild (US based). I guess I am quite tired of henches, ghost guilds and very bad random groups!
Size of the guild does not really matter, as long as the members are not playing only once or twice a week. Should group at least two or three times a week for organized HM, elite dungeons, UW, Urgoz and so on.
Members should also be mature and understand that, sometimes, "real life" is more important.
About me: 25 years old, still a (good) student, playing Guildwars from the very beginning (almost 30 months - two last betas). Experienced, I know what is needed to know about this game (otherwise know how to use Guildwiki when not sure :p). Able to play between 1 and 4 hours on afternoon/night when schedule allows it.
Took a break during Factions add-on, still have to finish this part. Therefore, I don't care about Kurzicks/Luxons guilds or alliances yet; willing to help or assist when people need me.
Main character is a MM w/Heroes maxed (may switch to SS when requested).
