Ancient shields only come in tactcs (warriors) and command (paragons), so you won't find a strength one anywhere that I know of.

I have a req 9 tactics one - mods imperfect (43 in stanse and -5 19%) that you can have for 5K if you are interested. IGN Davros Uitar
