Its Gold and I dont know how to check to see if its inscribable.

There reads "Inscriptio: BLABLABLA" well if its tyrian ~ 100kish

Does it say "Inscription: Strength and Honor
Damage +15% (while health is above 50%)"
or does it just say "Damage +15% (while health is above 50%)"?
