PC: Max Gold Inscribeable r9 Serpent Axe

This is the first time I use the price check forum so hello!

I have this item i would like to get appraised by you fine people

Here are the specs on it, I have no idea myself

Gold
Sundering Serpen Axe of Fortitude
6-28
Requires 9 Axe Mastery
"Strength and Honor"
+15% While Health over 50%
+20% Armor Penetration (20%)

I did a little research and I believe it is the Larger Tyrian Serpent Axe, compared to the smaller Canthan Serpent Axe.

It also fully dyes, compared to only the emblem that can be dyed.

Can someone please help me estimate it's value?
