Earning Norn reputation points
You can earn Norn reputation points in the following ways:
* Completing quests that give points as part of the reward, see Category:Gives Norn points.
* Turning in a Hero's Handbook or Master Dungeon Guide to Tyr the Skaald [Norn Storyteller] in Gunnar's Hold.
* Slaying creatures while under the Norn Hunting Party blessing.
Talking to Norns at Resurrection Shrines while under the blessing will either upgrade your hunter party rank or grant bonus reputation points:
25-49 kills => 20 points
50-99 kills => 40 points
100-124 kills => 60 points
125-149 kills => 80 points
150+ kills => 100 points
The quickest way to gain points reliably is to kill the Facet dragons in Varajar Fells while having the quest The Path to Revelations active. The Facet dragons you must kill for the quest are counted as bosses in that area. Therefore, in normal mode, you will get a minimum of 300 Norn points from killing all of them. If you run straight to these dragons while killing as few enemies along the way as possible you can complete a run in 7 minutes. Taking into account all enemies killed on this run, you can earn approximately 315 points per run which in turn is equal to 2700 points per hour. This calculation assumes that you don't earn any norn blessing during the run. Make sure to abandon then re-accept the quest.
If you were to clear the entire Varajar Fells map while the quest The Path to Revelations was active you could earn about 4,700 points on average per run. This would involve killing approximately 400 enemies. Each run done in this manner takes between one and two and a half hours.
* Winning rounds in the Norn Fighting Tournament, when you get level 8 in Norn title: Slayer of Champions, you can't get any Norn points from this tournament.
* Defeating each Norn in an area for the first time results in 25 Norn reputation points. (This can only be done once per Norn per area. While you will be allowed to fight the Norn again with a party member that hasn't fought that Norn before, you will gain no additional reputation for doing so.)
* Killing a Boss while under the effect of Norn Hunting Party.
What does supposed to mean?¿?¿

Basically, Varajar Fells will net you the most rep points per hour possible.
If you have Hardmode available to you in EoTN it is suggested to vanquish the whole area

That one is the easiest to max imo.
Get the quest Path to Revelations and go in Varajar Fells, get around 150 kills and then go for the dragons, bring daze so you can kill the monk drago before your bonus runs out.

EDIT: Nevermind, I didn't have the pertinent quest active. I've been clearing Varajar in HM without it. Silly me.

Pyro means the facets in The Path to Revelations quest.

2700 points an hour according to Wiki?
What I've always done with guildies, etc (my guild leader showed me this route) is go down Drakkar from Sifhalla. Take the West exit and head straight into the Jotun Caves, through there to the Stone Summit Camp, out into the lake and circle it clockwise before clearing the enemies on the ice when you get all the way around. Obviously killing everything you see (all enemies are pretty easy exept the Jotun's which can cause some trouble with interrupts and high damage dealing). There are 3 or 4 (not sure) bosses here, counting the one in the rabbit cave (500 points or so just from clearing that out too )!
I make anywhere between 3-5k an hour on this run (the run takes around 1 hour - 1 hour 15 mins. Obviously depending on bonuses. It's fun too, doing it with people you know. Have fun!

Go west from Olafstead w/ Revelations quest. Clear the beserking mobs, then move north through the ice lake. Then east, killing all the modniir. By the time you come to the facets you should be at 195 kills, finish off the last 200 then hit the bosses. Easy 5k+ a run in 30 mins with h/h.
Norn was the easiest title for me to max by far..

I had the misfortune of completing that quest long before I thought of using it to farm points.
However I did manage to max out the title rather quickly by filling 2 Hero Handbooks in Hard Mode and some farming in Varajar Fells.
Kill 150+ before you talk to any shrine, other than to get the hunt at the start
Kill 250+ before you kill any bosses, and always try to wait for a boss hunt as you can net 450 for the boss kill and 300 for the hunt bonus.
I found the best path was to go from Olfstead to the entrance to Battledepths and free up a path to that merchant, so I could dump my inventory when it filled up. It is also better to leave the weak minatours and other animals till the end or untill you get a rampage as they are often packed close together and easy to kill for the bonus.

Could someone draw in a screencap the best way, faster, and cooler for Falls Farming?

As with all rep in EotN I would for sure not bother with rep grinding in HM until you reach level 8 and have to.
From my rep grind runs in Mannus Stone, Varajar and other areas I have found the rep per hour is much better in NM than HM. You may get 50% more rep clearing an area in HM but it will take you two and a half times longer to do it.

If you want the most bang for your buck go east from Olalfstead and clear a path to the merchant at the entrance to Battle depths.
Then go north and clear out all save the boss in the group of undead, either leave him green or you can take the time to pull out all of his guards and pick them off but that takes some time.
After that clear out the Modniir and the Frozen Ele's.
Swing back to olafstead and clear out all the minos/Aurochs/Wendigo/Bison leaving the boss alive.
You should now be over the 150 kill mark and can move to all of the res shrines to pick up either 150 bonus points or a higher farm lvl.
Start killing the ice imps in the corner next to the cave full of ice golems but leave the cave alone. Move over the water and clear out all of the ice imps and frozen ele's. If you have recieve a boss bonus you can back track to that first group of ice imps, a boss will spawn there once all the imps and frozen ele's on the water are dead.
Clear out the cave and hope for another boss hunt, regardless its time to finish off the last 2 bosses.
Pick off any straglers if you wish to get the credit/cash for vanquishing or just run to the last couple of shrines, kill or avoiding jotun as you please.
On hard mode you will net 7000+ points depending on how lucky you are with rampages/hunt bonus/boss hunts.

For me the goal was to get rampage and hold it until 200 kills and the bosses=double boss points, uber fast norn rep...
