Try the forgot your password method first, if that doesn't work ensure that when emailing (Sadly if you call they'll likely say email them, even if you can speak Korean.) you have your access code from the CD cases of the chapters. Or the information equal to that for an online purchase.

Thats why i want to call. My account got hacked or something, but I don't have the access keys anymore. I know the account info, and the email I use with it works fine. I just don't know the pass cause some asshole changed it.
