Golden Boar = 4-8k
Zelnehlun's = ~1-2k depending on selling here or in game, people still pay for it (sold one the other day for 4k)
Koahm's = ~2-5k
Perfect generally refers to a weapon that is max damage, with a 20/20 sundering modification and a +30 modification with a 15^50 inscription (or inherent)
for Staves, it is 20% HCT and 20% HSR generally
