No need to get all green and ripped now Yan.
If the matter cannot be expressed with civility then it isn't worth expressing at all.
Drunken Master on a Moebius Blossom?

FFS SotiCoto, it HAS been explained in a civil matter, and I can understand Yan's frustration.
More IAS is never bad.
Why?
Auto-attacks are canceled by attack skills. End of story.

Auto-attacks are canceled by attack skills. End of story. So from what I can tell, the OPs argument is that Moebius will finish recharging while in the middle of an auto attack, thus forcing you to wait a bit longer to use it. With the 15%, you'll finish two attacks just in time for MS to recharge, meaning you'll get to go right back at it with MS again. So with 33%, you'll get more auto-attacks in, but fewer Death Blossom spammage in.
It seems to me that this would mean your primary target would take more damage with 33%, but adjacent foes will receive more damage with 15%.
And what do you mean by the above statement, Bobby? If you are in the middle of an auto-attack and you use Moebius Strike, the sin will instantly stop using the auto-attack in mid form and use MS instead?

this is correct. its easier to see with a hammer or scythe.

Here's the thing- The only build moebius blitz and death blossom are used for are for farming builds. Drunken Master can be replaced with a better skill that gives you more options (like the sunspear skill, can't remember the name atm) that gives + to armor and an attack speed bonus.

Yeah. Following up; with 33% IAS you can actually 'tone down' your attacks to any speed in between 100% and 133%. A 33% IAS will therefore always score equal or better than Drunken Master on Master of Damage tests

What now?
Hello General PvE? Moebius + DB spam is a perfect general PvE stable set-up. Turalisj
I've been playing an assassin since factions came out and the only thing I can find DB good for is mob killing. Even then, some mobs you don't want dying all at once (minion bombs and afflicted)

Then again... MOST you do...
And strangely enough, PvE consists generally of many many mobs, piled high to the sky. Besides... if you can't handle a bunch of afflicted exploding in your face, you need better self-heal. |
