Favourite Staff Skins

Please post your favourite staff skins, with images if it isnt too much trouble. Want to find a nice one to use on my Monk, for Protection prayers.

My personal favs are Double Dragon (Tyrian Mesmer staff) Raven staff, Accurssed staff

I tried that but it seemed like many staff skins were missing (many monks on observe mode use skins that I could not find, which could be because PvP reward items are PvP only, but wasnt sure).

Tormented all the way, but over the top pricey. Still need more gems for an armbrace.

Tormented Staff is my favourite.
My other favourites are Zodiac and Shadow Staves.

I like Platinum Staffs and the Dolyak Prodder is pretty funny, if only for the name.

yeah a tormented one would be nice, but not within my grasp-ever.

that said the ones I have that I like are: plagueborn--its not max (one off) but its cool looking and smiting for my smiting monk.
I also like the look of the icicle staves, yet again I think I will never own one.

and my favorite is the celestial staves, but getting one with what I want on it is next to impossible (I have a spawning blood magic one....yeah my rit doesnt do necro stuff, but I wanted the skin so I deal with the fact it doesnt do much).

My ele got Ilsundur's Staff from the chest in Kathandrax's dungeon and loves the skin, but its fire magic not for a monk.

otherwise I use the guardian branch staves...they were cool when they came out, and now pretty easy to get a hold of for monks.

Best skin for any weapon in gw. Have my gold req9 one on my favorite hero, Gwen (clichè? maybe, dont care though, shes awesome)

Personally, for a Protect Monk, the skin I like best is a very good green weapon.

I like to dye weapons for certain characters, and some of those staffs dye very nicely.

It needs to have specific stats shown in no Green Protection in the game (which is stupid because Greens are meant to cater for all sorts of weapons, rather than just overlap loads of the same thing). IE. Adept Staff of Enchanting, Aptitude not Attitude inscription.

My best bet would be a Ghostly Staff or Dragon Staff, or craft some Eotn skins.

Out of curiousity, why do you want casting speed bonuses on Protection Prayers? Except for Aegis, all the skills that are used regularly are 1 second cast times, or less. In PvE, the monster AI will still allow for an interrupt on 1/2 second cast, and the bonus for the cast speed is maxed at 36% iirc. I'd take an extra energy mod for PvE, or a reduce daze and/or cripple for PvP.

And the 2 Greens I listed have skins you can get as regular moddable drops.

Kerrsh's Staff for me, it's well nice.

The Ensorcelling Staff is awesome, although they're not Monk stuff.

Divine Staff looks pretty cool.

The ghostly staff is definately my favorite staff skin, for a monk anyway (dont play many other professions nowadays). I'm really picky when it comes to skins though, I dislike most of the popular ones. Makes choosing armor a nightmare.
