Chests, luxon preferable, worth opening?

Are chests in general worth opening and wasting money on keys? In luxon jade sea maybe?

I would have to say not really, however; I found that I used the luxon totems to get free keys instead of buying them...that way I dont feel let down when I get a merchable grape from them...
If you are going for a title, then yeah ok...if you are looking for a specific item or such or some really uber golds, I'd say not.

I have been able to break about even using lockpicks all the way through NF and GWEN. I buy them from people belonging to a Alliance controlling an outpost (they buy at 1200 - I buy from them at 1250).
I wouldn't consider chests in Tyria or Cantha worth opening. The chance of getting something good is too small since the items are non-inscribable.
