Yet again... the Ultimate Warrior Build Template! Churns out decent builds everytime, for both PvE and PvP...
Elite Attack Skill
Attack Skill
Attack Skill
Attack Skill/Utility
Utility
IAS - Frenzy for PvP, Flail for PvE
Speed Buff Stance (PvP needs this) or another Utility
Resurrection Signet
Where 'Utility' is a self-heal, interrupt, defensive shout, or similar.
And another pointer... I'd steer clear of using life-draining Blood Magics to try and heal, they drain energy, attribute points, and generally suck.
Plague Touch, however, is quite good, and Withering Aura might be fun to play with.
Give the template a whirl, post the results, and we can go from there.

Awesome.
You get Flail... which pwns PvE. Every PvE warrior build, just about, should Flail.
[skill]cleave[/skill][skill]dismember[/skill][skill]executioner's strike[/skill][skill]flail[/skill][skill]plague touch[/skill][skill]"watch yourself!"[/skill][skill]healing signet[/skill][skill]resurrection signet[/skill]
... or something like that, as a basis... 3 seconds thinking and the template...

W/N using Plague Touch is the stronger basis for most scenarios, however, if you have compentent prot monk user, i'd say to ditch Plague Touch and use something from EITHER Blood Magic or Curses.
Some super useful 5e. spells would be:
Mark of Fury
Demonic Flesh
For 10e. spells that have extremely good usefulness vs. bosses/mobs
Mark of Pain
Weaken Armor
Barbs
Probably not Weaken Armor since Barbs is armor ignoring and coupled with a minion master can create some very interesting results.
Some things to note though: you can efficiently run 16 weapon mastery, 9 strength/tactics (dependent on shield + skill loadout, I use tactics 90% of the time) and then 10 in Curses or Blood Magic dependant on the upcoming scenarios. Any leftover tidbits go to strength so with runes it's probably not stronger than 4. I miss when strength didn't suck as a primary stat
I definitely like Curses better due to its more offensive nature and that since they usually activate upon Physical Damage, you're a warrior, that's ALL YOU ^_^
Also, you shouldn't have more than 2 energy skills on your skill bar. One axe attack perhaps like Critical Chop or Swift chop that's used on occasion [or spammed if you're Zealous modded] and then one of the above damage augmenting skills.

Yukito! You love your W/N deathknight (or whatever flashy name I feel like calling it...)
... Have you tried out Withering Aura yet?
With Whirlwind Attack going on and... Brawling Headbutt + Fetid Ground, methinks all the Necro lines are now useable to some degree on a warrior...
You're pro at the whole W/N thing, so I'm just wondering what you think...?
... sorry for off-topic stuff, btw....

Thanks for answering my question, I really appreciate it.
Sorry for asking this as i just started guild wars. What does plague touch do? Transfer negative Conditions? What is the "Negative Conditions"?

Negative Conditions is pretty bad wording actually...
All conditions are 'negative'. It sucks to have any of them on you, some just suck more than others.
Conditions in Guild Wars are negative effects you get on you, from certain attacks, spells and stuff like that. They can cause damage or harm your fighting capabilities in some way - Bleeding, for example, causes your health to decrease, and Blindness makes you miss a lot of attacks.
Warriors are particualrly prone to conditions, though, as they have no way to remove them on their own - they often dip into their secondary profession to deal with them, or rely on support from the healer.
Plague Touch is a more offensive way of staying clean, letting you pass these negative effects to an enemy.

There's an official wiki too but I don't have that link ready to hand.
