So, I am wondering, seeing as though they decided to make a stupid TIME limit, rather than bonus, when we are watching cute-scenes in the missions does that count toward the time limit you have to achieve Masters!?

No, watching the cut scenes doesn't count against your time.

When Factions was first released, they did (the ones that occurred during a mission, not the ones after completion). This was rectified by an update shortly after release.
MMs say that minions lose health during them, though I seem to recall that was supposedly addressed also by the update.

Thats why the minions are alive attacking all the actors throughout the cutscenes.
Man, Vizunah Square's ending cutscene is so painful with Minions. (Actually, every single aspect of Vizunah Square is horribly painful.)

For some reason, I have found that the hardest one to get Masters on ^^ so far. Done it within 8 seconds after a few tries.

13 is the one mission you don't do on your way to the end. If you're Luxon, there is a Kurzick mission you don't need to do to finish the game, same for if you chose Kurzick.
If you are Kurzick faction, that includes the Luxon Turtle mission at Gyala Hatchery. If you're Luxon Faction, that includes (I think) the Kurzick mission at Eternal Grove.
Anyways, it all depends on which way you chose to go. Unfortunately, to get to that other mission, you will need to do quests or do faction farm to get your 10K faction to move on in that other side to get to the mission you want protector for.
