OK, both of you are the things you've just described in so many ways.
To the OP: We don't know if this is ever going to come. Many of us hope for this, yes. We have two-three years left of this Guildwars before the 'new world' begins for us.
Can we hope? Yes.
Big things to come? Likely.
The Ladies Realms? Unsure.

We can only WISH that there will eventually be elite areas for the other 3 gods. The two we have right now depict a struggle against good and evil. The god is not totally in control of his realm. I actually see the other three areas coming in a new batch of content in the same vein as Sorrow's Furnace, but Gaile has stated the team is too busy with GW2 to craft an SF-size update for GW1. I raise a glass for the ridiculous hope that we'll all be pleasantly surprised with the realms of Lyssa, Melandru, and Dwayna.

If its not here by now it won't ever be. GW1 will get the bonus pack added with some skill changes every now and then. Other than that its a stagnant game.
