Do people who own towns get discount on scrolls? if so how much does each cost

IIRC, they get a 20% discount on everything sold by the merchant.

when you own a town evrything they have there will be cheaper

ok thnx at a 20% discount on 200g scroll it isnt worth it to buy from other people
