Accessing Problems with Last Mission in GWEN

hope it's ok to put this here.

We have a problem with a character who has already finished EoTN. The character however cannot enter the last mission (A Time for Heroes) anymore. Of course all primaries are now gone from the questlog, the Pool mission list seems to miss the last three quests (Heart of Shiverpeaks, Destruction's Depths, A Time for Heroes), and Alkar doesnt let the toon into the last mission even with other chars that are ready for it. Checked the missions' requirements on wiki, but couldn't find anything that could explain this, also other characters don't seem to have a problem with this.

Anyone else has similar problems? Is this a bug or a feature? I wrote to support, but they answered that we should check wiki and forums, and that they cannot answer so as not to lose the "mystery" of the game, well I would gladly lose this one... Any ideas?

It sounds like a bug, but maybe they meant to check on wiki to see if it's repeatable. Since the official wiki started up, NCSoft has left the building, figuratively speaking. They were semi-useless before and now they are totally useless.
