Time to complete Protector Title?
Ambuu
I just started guild wars again (I have a lvl 20 dervish and a good bunch of 15+ heroes).
So I was going to start prophecies from the Northern Wall to Hell's Precipice.
Just getting protector title for now.
Any idea on how long that'd take?
I would image about a week, right?

Maybe a week or 2, however there are some real pain in the ass bonus's.
Ghostcell
depends on how good you are really, the majority of them you should be able to pull off with in a couple of days.
but yeah there are some real tough ones.
you are going to want any heroes you use to be lvl 20, will make it a hell of a lot easier.

I didnt find Proph Protectors that hard, actually found it the easiest. I would say a week if not less ^_^ You should be able to fly through to the Desert if your level 20.
Antheus
It'll depend on your skill, can be done in some 12-14 hours. It's normal mode after all, and with exception of a few missions, most were designed for sub-20 characters, not even counting all the additional classes and skills.
Ambuu
alright thanks all! I've got good builds for my heroes and i know all the missions. I'm jut tryin to get prophecies out of the way quickly.
also, should i get EotN?
i'm not too sure if i should get it or not.

No, eotn is the worst thing ever considering how much it costs.
Ambuu
alright thanks. i'll pass on it.

The question really is whether or not you have most of the mission outposts already on your map. If yes, two-three days for protector title, assuming you play at least a good few hours a day.
If you don't have the outposts, well give yourself a week or two.
As for EotN. I liked it. I believe that it was well worth what I paid for it, even though I paid more buying in the online store than I would have paid off the shelf. However I know it wasn't everyone's thing.

Prophecies is easy since a lot of the missions can be easily breezed with lvl 20 heroes (all the Ascalon, Northern Shiverpeak, Kryta, Magumma Jungle, Crystal Desert and Southern Shiverpeaks). The last 3 missions are the only ones that might prove to be somewhat of a challenge but you'll still breeze through them if your somewhat decent

Well i know a friend of mine did guardian of tyria in 2 days. So if u lack social life, 1 day?
Wakka
EN has dropped down to £12.99 over here (UK, not sure where your at). So its by far worth it and im sickened for buying it in the GW shop for £24.99 So I would say its worth it, even if its just for the extra 10 skills per prof.

Prophecies protector title is not very hard to complete.
maybe You'll have some problems with a few bonus mission (as Dune of Despair for example) but there are several tips to bypass the problem (have a look to guildwiki)

Yeah I think I'll be on guild wars most of the day tomorrow, so I think I should be able to finish a good 80% of the missions or so.

EOTN 30 bucks at best buy whats it worth no not worth it

Yeah I'm sure protector of Tyria shouldn't have you pressed down for time. There may be more missions than any of the other campaigns but as recently mentioned, it is the easiest. The missions up until the desert, you should have no problem whatsoever with because they were all made for pre-20 levels. Some may be a bit tricky, but nothing you can't handle with guildwiki. But I do agree as well that you should get some of your heroes to 20. Once you get mid-desert, southern shiverpeak, and ring of fire quests it's a necessity to have 20's, unless you can get into groups. Honestly, if you know what you're doing H/H can be much faster.
Sure it may take a few tries on a certain mission, but don't give up, just keep reading the strategy, and trying, eventually you should get it. Also, like I did, don't rush it - just take your time through all of the missions, they'll always be there

It is extremely easy, wen u get to THK onwards have a guildie come for the extra 4 skill bars - but try not to pug, even little thom is better than that
Ghryphon
Protector title...prolly takes a few days max, very easy...like everyone has been sayin
Hardmode is what takes a bit longer..but your goin for normal for now, so you shouldnt have much of a problem.

In my opinion only three bonuses in Tyria are truly bothersome. All the rest can be easily completed with minimal help.
Dragon's Lair - need the right sort of build to accomplish, although can be done with enough interrupts.
Dunes of Despair - the bonus can be difficult to attain without relying on a "trick" and most end up doing the mission and bonus on separate runs.
Thunderhead Keep - almost can't be done solo due to the torches that need lightning within a short span of Time.

dunno if i'm just lucky, but i've done thk with H/H nearly everytime i've done it, and always lit both beacons myself, and gotten bonus, every time.

All of them is very easy to do with Heroes and Henchies. Regarding above post:
Dragons Lair: BHA and Wild Blow(not really needed but helps tons) = dead dragon
Dunes of Despair: Gets tricky, but can be done without the "trick". Just use all the aids to your disposal (slow totem) and run towards boss generals at 6 minutes and 2 minutes after clearing the first attacking waves.
Thunderhead Keep: Always pug here to help with the hour long bore fest. Lighting the beacons is not an issue just skip cut-scene and light the beacons. Last 3 times through THK I had to light the beacons myself and had no problem getting bonus.
