you cant expect an answer without such crucial details...

well, obviously its gold, and the req. I have, if you read the thread.. and it has no mods to speak of, its inscribable. all I really wanted to know was if the skin was good. If you knew what a signet shield was, you would know that it only dropped in oolas chest, and then I thought it was obvious that it was gold. and its req. 9 command as said
