Its Gold, req 9, 16 Armor, -2 damage (whilst enchanted)
Its un-modded but I have a +30 health shield handle.
It dropped during Abaddons Mouth mission in Prophecies.

Please be fair and dont be funny as I looked up other price checks and I have seen anything from these things being suggested as being worth 100k to not being worth anything but salvaging for whatever mod! I dont know what to believe and thats why I am asking myself.

If it dropped during Abaddons Mouth, in Tyria, it's not inscribable if I'm not mistaken. If I'm right then you can't add any mods on it thus it's merchant food.
