It seems like it's energy and recharge are mixed up. So I spammed Savage then Volley to check the recharge times and they seem the same and on Volley I didn't seem to lose any energy at all (Volley is supposed to have a recharge of 2 and energy of 5 - but it seems more like the oposite recharge 5 with energy of 2)
Am I the only one noticing this? Am I mistaken? o_O I didn't want to post it as a bug unless some others were thinking the same.
(yes I am aware that Savage has a higher cost than Volley in case someone thinks to point that out - savage is not my concern other than it has a 5sec recharge and thus seems to match volley for time)
Anyone else notice that the Volley Recharge is off?

Ok... Most likely volley's recharge time is what it's supposed to be. I haven't tested this in game, but I suspect because you're using the skill after savage shot (which has a large delay after it) then using volley, your recharge for volley doesn't start for a few seconds after savage has started, thus they both end at similar times. Remember the skill doesn't begin recharging until its finished use, thus volley doesn't start until not only after the delay from savage, but after the bow attack too, which could have as long as a 2 second activation or so.

I thought maybe I had been distracted or something but then it would have been an even longer recharge. And I'm well aware of the how my ranger works and expertise - but it didn't even cause my energy to flinch so it costed nothing at all. (Not entirely sure how it scales all the time but like I said the energy cost is not really my primary concern.)

I doubt it. I've seen volley used in 2 sec intervials before.
