PC on a few Zodiac items please

PC on these items (doh topic typo): What do you think:




Should I try to sell them as is, or use some good/better upgrades and slap em on? What would that to to the estimated price? (I've got a "Run for your lives!" mod and a HP+30 for the shield, and lots of better mods for staves, such as wrap of enchanting +20%, staff head energy+5, some good casting inscriptions)

Also I've got an elite warrior and an elite elementalist tome I'd like a PC on.
