When are the timeslots that the Mad King will hand out hats?

I saw a chart somewhere, now I can't find it

Any help?

Most americans don't have it off either.
The mad king shows up nine times, every three hours, so everyone should be able to be on at least once. At least we don't have to be on with every character we want a hat for, now that they have the festival hat maker.

Um I don't think I've ever had Halloween off, and it's not an American holiday it was made popular in America but it's not an American holiday.

Everyone should be able to get in there at least once. Europe actually looks like it got the better end of the deal with starting times; where I'm at it starts at three in the morning.

Wonder if they are doing 2 different ones again this year?

Note to new people get both in 1st hour:

do LA dist 1-10 first... get mask.

Zone to Kamadan Dist 100 or 150+ and you should be able to get the mask over there too on same character... in the first hour.

Actually, for your europeans who say you can't be on during the event, I suggest one possibility. Leave your game on in LA or Kamadan and let the Mad King give the hat to you. When you come home you should have it. I'm assuming the Mad King automatically places the hat into your inventory just like Dragon/Tengu festival.

Okay... I'm having a bit of a problem with this note under the timetable for Halloween 2007 (and it's not the typo... the typo is immaterial).

"Note: The United Kingdom is currently on British Summer Time which is GMT+1 hour, but will revert back from BST to GMT before the Mad King visits Lions Arch and Kamadan thus making the above times correct. Note: Haloween (Oct 31) is a Wednesday."

So? Anyone else see the flaw in the logic beside me?

It means that it will not be on BST during the event, but whatever the normal time is.
