When are the timeslots that the Mad King will hand out hats?

I saw a chart somewhere, now I can't find it

Most americans don't have it off either.
The mad king shows up nine times, every three hours, so everyone should be able to be on at least once. At least we don't have to be on with every character we want a hat for, now that they have the festival hat maker.

Um I don't think I've ever had Halloween off, and it's not an American holiday it was made popular in America but it's not an American holiday.

Wonder if they are doing 2 different ones again this year?

Note to new people get both in 1st hour:

do LA dist 1-10 first... get mask.

Zone to Kamadan Dist 100 or 150+ and you should be able to get the mask over there too on same character... in the first hour.

Actually a lot of people wear costumes to the office and school on Halloween.

Actually, for your europeans who say you can't be on during the event, I suggest one possibility. Leave your game on in LA or Kamadan and let the Mad King give the hat to you. When you come home you should have it. I'm assuming the Mad King automatically places the hat into your inventory just like Dragon/Tengu festival.

It's already not on BST... look at the heading in the timezone 'chart'. It says GMT. So it doesn't matter when BST ends, starts or jumps in the ocean because BST is a totally irrelevant consideration here. The author is intimating that the ending of BST impacts GMT. It doesn't. GMT is a constant and doesn't revolve around BST. BST revolves around GMT as do all the other time zones in the world. GMT is 'time ground zero' and all time zones in the world (including BST) offset to/from GMT (aka UTC). For example, my time zone (PDT) is currently GMT-07:00, and when daylight savings time ends on the first Sunday in November, it will be (PST) GMT-08:00.

lol, like everyone said, we don't get it off from school. Never have.

Americans get very little vacation time too compared to Europe (I only get 10 days of vacation from work), so most people don't even take that day off.

I just wrote that because I got messed up in the head and thought it was on more than one day and had to edit it. But I remember the first Halloween was on a weekday, but I found time to sneak on for it.

Lol no i think you are mistaken almost no one has off in America and no its not an American holiday, since it was originally developed in Europe and carried over to America. We just keep the tradition. Actually, its more of a capitalist holiday since its just a scheme by business cooperations to get money by advertising costumes and scary stuff.
