Asians got their cool minis - kanaxai, panda island
big European countries like Germany England etd. got their Vizu/Shriokoen/Zhed/oni/naga/yeti/grawl
Then amerikans got the oportunity too, same happened to holland now
BUT Bulgaria and other small countries never seem to get some kwl stuff?
why do only big contries get minis?
What do small countries get?

Slovenia is insanely small. Yet we got the Grey Giant a few months ago.
Does that make the problem that Bulgaria doesn't get anything smaller?
No.
It's just a a bit of advice not to generalize too much.
Express your negative view on the fact that Bulgaria didn't get anything nice - but stay off the general statements. It just makes it easier to take your view less seriously otherwise.
And being specific makes it easier for the A.Net team to react if they know which countries specifically feel left out.
(I actually can't believe I am so nice to the guys at A.Net.
Must be something I ate.)

Because they are RARE.
If they would start appearing all over the place - they would lose their value.
Besides if you look at how many were given out and how many people wanted them from that country - (I am just making the % up) - that's like Bulgaria getting 5 minis for the whole country.
The chances of getting them are SO small that you are better of by just saving and just buying it.
I am all for saying that everyone should have the chance to get minis. But to say that you get nothing because you only get cheap stuff - might be a bit stretching it.
Correction to Original Post, not all Asian country gets the panda and oni.... We get nothing! We only get those release in the American version of PC Gamer, (at 4x the price because of exchange) then do we stand a chance of grabbing one, that's 3 of those out of the many (the grey giants, the asura and the destroyer), and its sometime very hard to find a copy when there are freebies on them. otherwise we SIT HERE AND DROOL....
Please make all mini pet release on American version of PC Gamer!
thank you very much!

Another funny thread.
If you think that Bulgaria is small, have a look at this. Now evil A-Net, can I have my luxemburgish district and my luxemburgish mini-pet published in my luxemburgish gamer magazine that does not even exits?!!?
Respect the small countries and free minis for everyone!!
Thank you very much.

besides, the purpose of giving away minipets in magazines etc isn't to make a few people in certain selected countries insta rich but to promote sales of both guild wars and the magazine itself. if you're just interested in these pets to get virtual money you might as well pay ebay a visit....

"The Shaft"!!!
J/K... I feel for you guys. This is a global game. Items and contests should be as well. I understand the legality issue in some places, but there are better ways, like the in game scavenger hunt for the Black Moa chick.
I bet that some of these magazines approach Anet, in the advertising sense, to increase sales.
Don't expect them to change the way they do business. They have shown time and time and time again that they will take ALL approaches.
Hopefully, the tone of my post is understood. I am agreeing with the OP in that it is crappy the way that some places are left out.

mini-pets again? i don't understand the point. these mini-pets are useless, and yet people somehow feel shafted if their region doesn't get one, let alone get one themselves. if they gave some sort of in-game benefit, i could see the point of complaining. but as they are now, they just take up precious storage space.

austrailia is a continant/Country...they don't get many promotions so size of country is not the issue. maybe population wise maybe.
does your country have a pc magazine?(My country doesn't but we get english ones) that may have somthing ot do with it + it would take alot of organising if anet asked to team up[ with every magazine in most of the countries...dont' you agree?
