where and waht quest do i do to get my factions account to nightfall ?? Can please help

You need to have nightfall on your account, of course.

Then go to Kaineng and walk towards Bejunkan Pier's portal, there is a ministry official there with the quest.

the guardsman u need to talk to is Guardsman Linro, located at lower level of kaineng, near exit to pier.
