As of last night, there was only one horseman in Kamada, LA, and Ascalon City. (Can't say about other towns) Don't know if they'll add the ones listed on guildwiki (and here) or not, but I doubt it, as they've always added all collectors at the same time when these events roll around.

Go with the information that shows up on your screen when playing the game is my advice!

Two horsemen in LA yesterday...one by the lower storage collecting glowing hearts and the other in the square taking emblems.
