Decapitate and Eviscerate
Matty Pan
Basically i was just wondering what the pros and cons of each are, and what type of situation they are best used in.

Decapitate is rarely used. Its a bit too debilitating for most people. Its used much more in PvE. The ease of simply blocking in PvP makes Decapitate kind of a poor option there.
By comparison, Eviscerate gives you nearly all of the benefits. With the exception of a lower +damage mod. The guaranteed critical hit of Decapitate is nice, but many times you're using Eviscerate against a target that is running away and that will always be a critical, too. Compared to Decapitate, Eviscerate is much more spammable as well.

Decapitate is kind of worthless really, especially in PvE. It does ~30-50 more damage than Eviscerate, but considering you can't follow it up with anything, Eviscerate wins damage-wise. Also costs less adrenaline and doesn't deplete your adrenaline and energy reserves.

I don't like Decapitate because you can't follow it up with anything, unless you use it at the end of your chain, but then you risk your target dying. I prefer Eviscerate just because it's more spammable, and it's not the end of the world if it's blocked or something like that.

Myeh, it's kinda bad.
You'd use it in the same kinda form you'd use Eviscerate, except at the end of a chain.
And if you're target isn't protted by then, you could've won by auto-attacking because the monk sucks so much/you're in PvE and it doesn't really matter.
