Well i tested to see if stances activated before ursan works and it does so I added obvious skills to my bar to make this elite way more powerful:
How to make this work (if you couldnt figure it out on your own): Put up dwarven stability, followed by your stance, then activate ursan blessing.
Build 1:
Ursan Blessing; Dwarven Stability; Drunken Master
-Gives you 200 seconds of increased attack speed and run speed, real nice while attacking between spam of ursan skills
Build 2:
Ursan Blessing; Dwarven Stability; Serpent's Quickness
-Serpents quickness does reduce the recharge time of ursan skills. This works best if your main profession is W or R as you have the ability to spec into both your weapon / shield as well as wildnerness survival. Also the damage output is debatable (untested) to see if SQ on a caster actually produces more damage than going /W with a weapon.

Build 1 looks super aweesome

It's kind of pointless since you already get a speed boost from Ursan, and the attack speed boost doesn't help a whole lot except to help your energy a bit.
In regards to SQ, I know that Ursan damage goes through the roof when you pop an Essence of Celerity, so I would imagine SQ would be fairly impressive itself.

Yeah, Dwarven Stab/SQ or Dwarven Stab/Lightning Reflexes are both pretty good. SQ with ursan, reduces attack time to 2 seconds instead of 3, that's 50% more damage if you just spam it (3 casts in 6 seconds as oppsed to 2, 3/2 is 1.5), and 33% reduction on the aoe kd? Yes plz.

Ive been testing out running my war/ranger with Quickening Zephyr, works great but the drawback to other party members is a slight negative.
