ROFL peep this . . i guess when it was loading (the hourglass), it turned into this when i received it. Afterwards, it was fine, but .. like .. wtf .. "under construction" home improvement guy comes outta nowhere and replaces my bow ?

Thats the under construction icon. It means you either havent fully loaded everything or dont have the info for that item. It has been in the game since the beginning.
