Quick question about Bonus Mission Pack listing

Confused and Ridiculously Lost [CARL]

According to the new update, if you qualified for the bonus mission pack, you can find it listed under Edit Account. I checked, and it is not listed even though I bought Eye of the North from the GW store. Has this happened to anyone else? Since I was one of the people who lost a lot of keys due to a glitch, and ended up with my money refunded, I don't know if I need to contact support or if it just hasn't been processed yet.

Figured if I am one of the few it hasn't shown up for, I will contact support. If a number of people have not had it show up yet, I'll wait a couple of days.

mine showed up right under prophecies, factions, nightfall and eye of the north...in the top portion, but not in the bottom.....(where my 'upgrades' are like ce editions, extra character slots et al.)

Mine showed up the same way.

Was expecting it to be in the bottom list though.

Same situation as the OP, except I never had any glitches. Will update should Anet update status of my account.

edit: anet has updated my account, BMP now shows.
