How do I access the consulate docks? to unlock Zenmai?

I have Olias and i have all 4 GW games, and I can't access the docks on my lvl 20 warrior to access the Dinja quest to get Zenmai

I assume you are not a NF born character, but are a Prophecies or Factions born character. I also assume you got Olias quite some time ago, before they changed the quests to get Olias and Zenmai.

Anyway, to get inside Consulate Docks, you must do the primary quests in NF to get there. Thus the progression for a non-NF born character would be:

Battle Preparations → Securing Champion's Dawn → A Land of Heroes → The Time is Nigh → Consulate Docks

I didn't get the Zenmai quest from Dinja while I was there, so this leaves me with no way to get back to Dinja to get it again?

Have you already unlocked Cantha on your character?
I'm not sure if that has something to do with this because wiki doesn't mention it.

Yeah, I also did this quest last night and I had no problems at all.

it's a Factions char and I already talked to Dinja to get the quest for Olias, but while I was there i didn't talk to her to get the Zenmai quest because I thought I could come back there later and get it again.

you've already been to the docks you can go back. i dont see your problem go to kamadan then open the map and go there. the docks should be on your kamadan map if you've been there
