PC On Chaos Axe

I bought a chaos axe today for 20k,

wanted to see if that was a good deal and how much it is worth?

damage +19% when under 50%health,
health +30,
armour penatration 20%
(i think thats right)

I dont know if it's inscribable

if you see the word inscription on it, than it's inscribable but imo u paid too much if it's non inscrib

u paid to much for that 1 if it was 15^50 it would be ok but it's so bad

You still can salvage mods and sell them (+30hp ~8k, 20/20 8-10k)
the axe itself worth nothing
