Chaos damage weapon mods

Fact - Chaos damage caster weapons exist
Fact - Chaos damage is considered "elemental" by armor, although not considered a specific type

Light and dark mods wont work as they ignore armor but chaos does not

Should be default damage type on a Chaos Axe.

It's for balance sake.

take a mesmer cane and shoot a ranger compared to an assassin
they take less dmg
i do not make things up off the top of my head -if it is in fact not considered random elemental dmg then i stand corrected

that wiki says no skills do chaos dmg
what kind of damage does the spell chaos storm do?

Untyped, just 'damage' like Obsidian Flame or Energy Burn.

In retrospect this could be uncool for pvp
but it is a CHAOS axe...
