Rare Grim Cest skin?

i cant post a screenshot right now because of some technical issues but i can describe it:

It looks like a little severed hand thats all black with some yellow lines on it. Named Grim Cesta.

is this a rare skin drop? or is it just new since the patch?

--I havent played the pve part ina about 1-2 months

Ive seen this. It is a different skin, but i dont know about rare. it sometimes gets given by pre sear collectors.

yeah thats the one. It dropped from a pre-sear bandit raider. Lucky me

it is rare skin but not new
