And a Pumpkin Crown. But who knows... Maybe and hopefully something else this year, as lots of people already have 2 different pumpkin heads.

Everything is tradeable, but as those pumpkins are customized, no one else can wear them.

Last year it was a pumkin helm in one area and a witches hat in another.

like the others I think that the treat bags....and then a helm; I hope not another pumpkin since I was around for the first event and have that one....would like a skull or maybe ghost.......

So far the event seems similar to last year, apart from the costume brawl.

The Pumpkin head. hats differed slightly from those I saw from the prior event.
Both Pumpkin "lions arch" and Wicked hat "Kamadan also differ slightly from male to female.

Once a character has a hat and registered it with the festival hat npc you can have hats made for any other characters on that account.
In the past you had to be there to claim the hat for every character that wanted one.

If mad King goes to plan same as last year there will be games then the hat drop.
After the hat giveaway presents drop for a variable amount of time.
These are drops work the same as monster drops they are claimable by you only untill some time passes.
Other events have drops based on first to reach it gets it so that could happen just have to wait and see.

Gawd i hope not another mask unless its gonna be a good one but then again how bout a mask storage spot would be nice if so ...but this is anet another storage isnt in the works lol so looks like something else to clutter up space in inventory thats usually only used during the events it happens in...gg gj anet

But the masks don't take up any storage since once you register them with the festival hat npc you can delete them and get more at 10g a shot.

Only reason to keep masks is if you dyed them
I thought the dragon masks cool so have red and black dyed ones.

no the mad king gives something on the 31st october but they don't say what it is or give any clues atleast that weas the way it was the last 2 years

I want another Pumpkin Crown. I lost all mine from last year. Loved the things, but they took up a lot of space at the time. And then in came the FESTIVAL HAT TRADER RIGHT AFTER I DID IT!

what would be nice is if he gave you another head gear that makes your head invisable. that would be cool to see a bunch of headless ppl running around.
