any good P/R pet builds?

I've been trying new builds since the last nerf and decided I think I would like to have a pet. So my question was does anyone have any good ideas for a PVE P/R build so I could have a pet. I would like to do so without losing too much the support I provide.
Right now my skills are:
Beast Mastery 6
Leadership 13
Command 10
Spear mastery 10

note that i have to have 10 command and 10 spear mastery for my weapon and shield requirements

my skills bar right now looks like this
Spear of Redemption
Go for the Eyes
There's nothing to fear
Focused Anger
They're on fire
Charm animal
Comfort animal
Rez

I willing to completely change my build and skilss so any adive would be nice.

Beast Mastery has a very weak synergy with Leadership.

Most of the good shouts/chants don't even affect pets, so there's not a whole lot of reason to make a paragon beastmaster build.
