Sry, not an *in-game* suggestion but a forum suggestion, meh, it relates to the game, sadly there isn't a "complain here about this forum" section, so here it goes
check the farming section on this forum. Every day some1 has to make a post that simply says this:
"Hello, i am new to the game. Can anyone give me a solo build for my warrior/assassin/ranger to farm the underworld/FOW/DoA/impossible place to solo farm with my crappity ass w/mo or assassin or other unascended x/mo class . I do not have any ideas QQ please help. I would like to make about 3 million gold in less than a day."
These people fail. They absolutely refuse to look through god damn terrabytes worth of farm builds and posts. Not only that, once they post this, its probably the last thing they do on this forum, all the want is a build. More scrubs find him, give him blank answers: "Uh idk, umm try this outdated build from 1984: www.wikitemplatefailbuild.org." This leads to a cycle of useless threads that make this forum not fun to read.
Umm closer moderation of this ftw? Close down such threads, mark these ppl as illiterate ding dongs?

Basically, no one reads stickys. Have you read the stickeys? If every post that "failed" got deleted instantly, then many of the newer members would be alienated. Sadly, the only threads left would be flamefests and trollbait. If you happen to think of a good solution to improving the quality of posts here, or convincing people to read stickeys, please do tell. Its a problem thats getting worse and worse as time goes by.
