Adding non-maxed titles to HOM

Quick question - is there any value to adding non maxed titles (such as lucky/unlucky, gamer, any pvp title) to the hall of monuments as soon as you can add them (rank 4 or 5 or whatever it is) or is it better to wait? for example I have rank 3 lucky/unlucky, it says I can add them to the HOM display. It sounds like the statues are better than most other statues (ie a map) so I'd like to add them, but is it any different adding them now or adding them if I ever get to max them?

Doesn't it auto update? Or am I wrong?
