salvage +30 mod, since the axe isn't even max, i would say 3k

salvage usefull mods, just merch nobody will give you a few plat for it...

agree with blackknight. probably just merch though after salvaging like frantic said. it'll be a hard sell not worth your time if you can even find a buyer
