If you'd like, you can always use TexMod and an adrenaline texture to more easily see where you are on your skills.

Skills that use adrenaline are dark until the adrenaline builds up.They will start getting brighter and brighter until voila!!.... it's lit and available.

There are different ways to build up adrenaline, a strike per foe you hit, a little by getting hit yourself, some skills and mods accelerate the build up as well.

In other words, without using some third party software (such as TexMod), which isn't recommended, there is no "Adrenaline bar", or other graphic way to see how much adrenaline you have. You just have to go by the brightness of the skills, which is easy enough once you're used to it.
