PvP Unlock Packs missing from GW In-game store?

My husband hoped to to purchase a PvP Unlock pack for my husband's account so that he can qualify for the Bonus Mission Pack promotion, but the PvP unlock packs are no longer in the store for some reason with no announcement that I'm aware of about them being removed.

Anyone else having this problem? I'm planning on submitting a support ticket, but I wanted to make sure it's not one of those things only happening to my household's 3 accounts (which I doubt but it doesn't hurt to check).

Duh I am such a dork - and me getting on someone yesterday for not using search! I tried it and it didn't come up, I think because I searched for pvp unlock pack or something. Thanks!
