got it from orr emblem farming. the less than max dmg brings it down a bit but ive never seen the 15% and -1 regen without vampiric. will prolly just salvage and sell grip and string if possible.

Not really worth anything, grip might go for 500g-1k so salvage that

at least i got a major vigor and radiant in same run...

the fact that it's not max (and pretty far from it) makes it pretty much unsellable regardless of req/inherent
