PC on a few items

w00t for my first post! Ok, that's outta the way...

Wanna check these items:
Spear grip of fortitude (+30) -Guide says 10-20k, is that still accurate?
Dagger Handle of defense (+5) -Again, guide says 2-5k. Still true?
Bow grip of defense (+5) -Same........

spear grip: 5-6k
defense mod (both dagger and bow): at most 1k,maybe 500g

Anyone have any idea for the prices of the other items (attached images)?

clouded maul is merch food. too far off max and high req
