Could I please get some indication on value of my Bow

Piecing Damage 15-28 (Requires 9 Marksmanship)
Inscribed 'Strength and Hounour'
Damage +15% if Health Greater than 50%
Armour Penetration 20% (Chance 20%)

Like that the bow is ~20-30k, dropped a lot in price since they drop frequently in gwen.
