Nightfall Loot Appearing In Prophecies?

I just got this off a monster in Prophecies (don't even have Nightfall installed) but according to the following page it says about Accursed Icons:

The 'diamond' / 'kite' versions are available from collectors in the Prophecies campaign. The 'gorgon head' version is available as loot in the Nightfall campaign.

So how has a NF item made it's way to Prophecies in the form of a monster drop?

P.S. - guildwiki isn't necessarily 100% accurate.

Ive never seen one in nightfall, get them drop all the time in proph and factions tho, infact I've got a factions green with that skin.
