i thought since i was having tons of fun with this that i would post it, but i made this build quite a while ago, but i changed it a bit to include the new gwen skill glyph of swiftness.
[skill]dancing daggers[/skill][skill]crippling dagger[/skill][skill]disrupting dagger[/skill][skill]deadly haste[/skill][skill]glyph of lesser energy[/skill][skill]glyph of swiftness[/skill][skill]master of magic[/skill][skill]resurrection signet[/skill]
all you do is use glyph of swiftness, MoM, Glyph of lesser *for the recharge* deadly haste and spam those dagger skills nonstop its really fun in ra but really has not much other use.

glyph of switness is for MoM. AND its another skill recharging that does NOT share an attribute with your dagger skills, please read MoM, cause i put swiftness in for a reason lol.

tenshi i tried this out, all the same skills, and in order...and the verdict is:
i hate it.
seriously, i'm glad you had fun with it but man...
the initial four skills take too long to use before each fight and they have short durations...Its much more fun (for me) to just play an assacaster on my sin with these spells.
ugh hated it....i just felt like a severely gimped ele.

so you'd sacrifice more damage over uneccesary emanagement?

and deadly haste without crit strikes is 5% cast bonus... gg.
lose haste in general, imo.

oops yea its deadly paradox i used lol, i just threw this up on memory *was not at home* at wasnt paying attention
i also couldn't remember the last skill so i used glyph of swiftness i found the original template its just replace deadly haste with dealy paradox and glyph of swiftness with aura of resto, that should do it lol.

So.... Assacaster with a huge energy pool and less armour (don't forget: half range).... and no Runes ....

Glyph of swiftness makes your daggers move faster too...so I'd keep that in.
I'd drop lesser energy for something more defensive..you're kinda vulnerable with the half range stuff.
