Oooh, not just Tyrian...
I've had inscriptables drop a fair few times. Not exactly the largest skin out there... but sure as hell one of the meanest.

Plains of Jarrin HM seems to drop them fairly often, as a hint.. and is easily solo'd by... a lotta stuff.

The Rhino hammer is pretty huge, probably the biggest. On my ranger, who's the shortest you can go, the head of the hammer is like half her height.
